Welcome to the 2026 Life Time 305 Half Marathon & 5k presented by Baptist Health.

Please review all details and submit your reservation form by Friday, February 13, 2026.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

LOAD IN

• The Finish Festival is located on the beach.
• It is recommended that exhibitors load in on Saturday. Any load in on Sunday must be complete prior to 5am. All vehicles must be removed from the beach on Sunday by 5am.
• All vendors that need to load into the sand by vehicle need to come to the beach access point on 10th and Ocean. As you reach the sand, you will need to be escorted onto the beach by Karissa and the City of Miami Beach Police officer.
• If you require a vehicle on the beach to load in, you must indicate on the reservation form below and schedule a load in time. There are a limited number of vehicles allowed on the beach at one time.

BOOTH SET UP

• Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the booth size and may not obstruct walkways, general view, and other exhibitors.
  • Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval.
  • Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval by Life Time.
• Exhibitors MUST USE black or colored zip ties.
• Exhibitors are responsible for transportation of equipment, materials, parking, etc. and for all incidentals not included in the booth package, such as power, ice, sandbags etc.
  • Please indicate in the reservation form if you require any rentals.
• Exhibitors are not permitted to sell, serve or distribute any food or drink without prior written permission from race management.
  • Please indicate if you are sampling or selling any food and beverage in the reservation form.
• Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

OVERNIGHT SECURITY

• It is recommended that vendors bring large plastic containers for materials or supplies for overnight storage. These will be more secure and will protect items from the sand and damp ocean air overnight.
• Security begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Please do not leave valuables out overnight.

RACE DAY

• All sponsor/vendor areas should be “race ready” by 6:45am on Sunday. Please plan for heavy traffic.
• We request that all sponsors/vendors remain set-up and interactive until 10:00am.

LOAD OUT

• Load out of the Finish Festival will begin at 10:00 a.m..
• There is no race site shipping available, so you will need to take everything with you when you load out.
• Additionally, please help us keep the beach clean by picking up after yourself.

Note: Life Time is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure to have your booth staffed at all times. Don’t forget snacks, water, sunscreen, etc.
